Antwoin Gutierrez, founder of Fresh Taste Bakery in New York, New York was recently featured in the New York Post. There he recalls his transition from a life of crime to making some of the cities tastiest treats.

“This guy went from selling crack to selling cupcakes. “We call that transferrable skills,” Antwoin Gutierrez, aka Chef Fresh, told The Post.
The former drug dealer from Peekskill, NY, learned how to bake behind bars. He now boasts a booming business, Fresh Taste Bakery, delivering 500 desserts a week across the five boroughs. “The cupcakes are addictive, just like crack,” his cousin joked.
